Dyan Aimee Mabunga Rodriguez is the Country Learning Adviser for the DEPP Learning Project in the Philippines. Previously, Dyan served as the Advocacy and Good Governance Referent of Action Against Hunger Philippines, also acting as Coordinator of the Philippine International NGO Network (PINGON), a network of 52 INGOs in the Philippines which is a venue to coordinate the provision and delivery of humanitarian aid by INGOs during times of major disasters and emergencies in the Philippines. She worked with local CSOs in Mindanao, Philippines, particularly in the areas of youth engagement, education, and women empowerment. She has a degree in Communication Arts and a master’s degree in Public Management and was awarded as Most Outstanding Alumnus by the University of the Philippines Mindanao in 2014.
