DEPP Capacity Strengthening Approaches: reflections on best practice and measuring effectiveness

Project: Learning Project 19th September 2017

Authors: Kate Davis and Catherine Russ

This report is designed to provide preliminary thinking and commentary on measuring the effectiveness of DEPP capacity strengthening approaches and how they can align to good industry practices. It is proposing to do this through the creation of a survey tool which has also been developed as part of this consultancy. This report is not an evaluation in any form nor is it a baseline; however the data collected as a result of the proposed research will enable critical information to be captured and an evaluation of progress to date to be carried out.
