Shifting the Power is working diversely to maximise its impact of capacity building of local and national humanitarian actors.

This is an example of hosting Talent Development project graduates within a national partner organisation and developing their leadership for local humanitarian action. Badrun Nahar shares her story and the lessons she learned from her first joint needs assessment.
