Talent Development Project External Final Evaluation

Project: Talent Development 4th April 2018

The Talent Development Project brings together four pre-existing learning and development (L&D) courses with a capacity-building coaching component and a review of the Core Humanitarian Competency Framework (CHCF). The aim of the TDP is to build the local capacity of 1,165 national aid workers in three regions that are frequently affected by natural disasters and emergencies.

The final evaluation examines TDP’s achievement since the beginning of its implementation in 2014.
